Sculpture Without Walls, a public art program, is an outdoor sculpture exhibit. Cannon Beach, which has long been considered an arts community and is perched at the edge of the Pacific Ocean, provides a magnificent backdrop for outdoor sculpture. A panel of jurors will select three sculptures; and one sculpture, the winner of "the Peoples Choice Award", a popular vote, will be purchased for up to $15,000 and become a permanent part of the City's public art collection in Cannon Beach.
