Each month, the City publishes the memo in the local newspaper or sign up to receive the municipal memo monthly by email:

The Municipal Memos are available online in Adobe PDF format. PDF, or Portable Document Format, reproduces original documents exactly as they were created. The Adobe's Reader is free and easy to download and use. Just click on the Adobe Reader button and follow the instructions.
