for buildings within the city limits. This plan review, along with
subsequent structural, plumbing and mechanical inspections, assures
compliance

Purchase City of Cannon Beach Structural, Plumbing and Mechanical Permits
at City Hall, download permit forms
from the web and fax to (503-436-8049) to the Building Department for
processing.
Backflow Assembly Testers are required to obtain licensing
through the Construction Contractors Board (CCB) or the Landscape Contractors
Board (LCB) if they provide their services for a fee. CCB and LCB licenses
have not been verified for individuals on this list. Please

issued by Clatsop County Building Codes Division, located at

Inspections:
Please telephone the Building Department, Inspection Line option
at 503-436-8045. Must phone before 9:00 a.m. for same-day inspections.
Building inspection requests may also be emailed to mcguire@ci.cannon-beach.or.us.
DO NOT leave inspection requests with the Building Official.
Electrical inspections are performed by Clatsop County. Call the County
at 503-338-3698.
