The City develops, implements, and monitors its operating budget on an annual basis. This process is outlined below:
- April - May, If Needed - Budget Committee meets to review the summary of proposed budget; revenue and expenditure summaries; departmental presentation; fund summaries; capital projects; and debt service
- June - Council adopts budget for coming fiscal year
The City manages its assets through guidelines established by the Council in a Capital Asset Management Policy. Investments are governed by the City's Investment Policy. See links below.
