The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides monthly food benefits to help you buy healthy food.
This program helps people pay for groceries, learn about nutrition, and get job training and support. SNAP helps you stretch your food budget, but may not meet all your food needs. Visit their food resources page if you need more help getting food.
Double-Up Food Bucks are available to all SNAP customers. Double-Up Food Bucks will match every SNAP dollar spent, up to $20. For example, if you spend $20 on your card you will receive ten $2.00 Double Up Food Bucks that can be used to purchase vegetables, fruits, herbs and plant starters.
The Oregon Farm Direct Nutrition Program is a state-administered, federal nutrition program serving families enrolled in the WIC (Women, Infants and Children) program and income-eligible seniors. Farm Direct participants receive $4 vouchers to spend on fresh, locally-grown fruits, vegetables, and cut edible herbs directly with authorized farmers.
