- Market Set-up (9:30 - 12:00)
- Market counters (12:00 -4:00)
- Market Tear-down (4:00 - 5:00)
- Market information and Merchandise (shifts 11:00 - 4:00)
- Vendor assistants (shifts 11:30 - 4:30)
- Traffic Monitors (10:00 - 12:00)
