Parks & Community Services Committee

The Parks & Community Services Committee review, evaluate, and recommend existing City programs related to the City's parks and community services and the Comprehensive Plan; and recommend strategies and policies to the City Council that protect natural and scenic resources, provides for the recreational needs of residents and visitors, promotes the arts and certain educational activities, and supports efforts in the public and provide sector to provide needed community and social services. There are six members on the committee, and each serves a four-year term.
